Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit Luminis!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that CrossFit Luminis is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our CrossFit Basics introductory program for beginners.

By offering CrossFit Basics training in the beginning, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the CrossFit Basics Program, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Main Workout.
